Each of the 5 maisonnettes has approx. 30 sqm of floor space.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and WC, a kitchenette, a dining-table with chairs, and a convertible sofa.
A staircase leads up to a gallery which gives room to a double bed and some smaller items of furniture.

On demand, a fourth accommodation will prepared on the ground floor.
Each maisonnette has an individually adjustable air conditioning unit which can be switched to heating-mode during chilly springtime or autumn nights.
There is electric water heating.
Room cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels twice per week.
